What is a Breath Journey?
A Breath Journey is a 90 minute guided experience using conscious connected breath to release stored emotions, trauma, and creative blockages. It’s like a reset for your nervous system, helping you bypass the busy mind and connect with the body’s deeper wisdom.

What is Healing Hypnosis?
Healing Hypnosis is a gentle process that works with the subconscious mind. My practice focuses on womb healing—supporting recovery from trauma related to birth experiences, pregnancy loss, infertility, and sexual abuse. It helps you re-connect with your body and rewrite inner patterns with compassion.

What’s the difference between a Breath Journey and Hypnosis?
Both are powerful but work in different ways:

  • Breathwork uses the body and breath to open, release, and move energy. It’s more physical and can feel like an energetic detox.

  • Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind through imagery and guided trance, bringing insight, repair, and re-patterning on a deeper psychological level.
    Many clients benefit from both, depending on their needs.

Can men do these sessions?
Yes. While my work is especially devoted to women and the feminine body, men can absolutely benefit. Breathwork and craniosacral therapy support nervous system regulation, stress release, and creative flow for everyone. Womb healing in men often connects to lineage, sexuality, or their relationship with the feminine.

What is Craniosacral Therapy, and how does it fit in?
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on bodywork that works with the nervous system, fascia, and subtle rhythms of the body. It supports trauma release, relieves tension, and restores flow.
For womb healing, it helps soften stored trauma in the pelvis and reconnects the body’s natural cycles. For those with autoimmune challenges, it can reduce nervous system stress that often contributes to flares and exhaustion.

Are these therapies meant to replace medication or therapy with a licensed practitioner?
No. These sessions are complementary and integrative, not replacements. They can work beautifully alongside medication, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. Many of my clients find that this kind of somatic and creative work helps them access parts of themselves that talk therapy alone can’t reach. *

What will I feel during a session?
Everyone’s experience is unique. Some people feel tingling, warmth, or emotional release; others feel calm and grounded. The body will only release what it is ready to let go of. You are always in control, and I guide you safely through the process.

How should I prepare?
Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and create a quiet space if we’re meeting online. Many clients like to have a journal nearby. For womb-focused hypnosis, you may want to bring something symbolic—like a candle, scarf, or stone—to hold during the session.

Do you offer group sessions?
Yes! I host New Moon Breath Circles (gentle, creative reset) and Full Moon Breath Circles (deeper release + empowerment). These are on Zoom so women from anywhere can join. Retreats and in-person circles are also in the works.

What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Last-minute cancellations are charged at full price (emergencies excluded).
