A PORTAL WITHIN YOURSELF:

Rachel’s healing sessions are like keys to a portal within yourself. She has such a gentle touch and powerful energy all at the same time. She helps me reach my own wisdom within through her guidance and clearing of blocks. So thankful for this empress and her various healing modalities.

A NURTURED GUIDANCE TOWARD HEALING.

Rachel worked with me in a circular breathing exercise to calm my anxiety in the height of the pandemic. She was attentive, calming, and able to read me—even though we were in different states and meeting via Zoom—which allowed for a nurtured guidance toward healing. After my time spent with Rachel, I was able to let things go that I hadn’t even realized I had been holding onto, and I no longer felt blocked or constrained in the way I had before.

Rachel Baila is a writer, mother, and holistic practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of creativity, healing, and feminine embodiment. She guides women—particularly those navigating the 35–65 season of peri-menopause, menopause, and deep transition—through breathwork, hypnotherapy, craniosacral touch, sound healing, therapeutic writing, and womb-centered practices. With an approach rooted in both artistry and somatic awareness, Rachel supports the release of trauma, cultural conditioning, and creative blocks, while guiding women back to the cycles of their bodies and the truth of their own stories.

She is also the founder of Wanderslut, a travel collective curating witchy, creative, and womb-wellness itineraries around the world, offering journeys that mirror the inner landscapes of transformation.

—WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING—

AN OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE:

My first session with Rachel was an out of a body experience. It was something very unexpected. I felt a sense of peace and release that I so desperately needed. I left feeling lighter in a euphoric daze that lasted well into the night. It’s nothing I ever expected and I can’t wait to experience it again. She is gentle, her energy is powerful and beautiful. She is very professional, extremely knowledgeable around her craft, and she really listens to your needs.

A SAFE SPACE TO QUIET MY MIND.

I had been trying to wrap my head around a solution to a problem for months. During our session the answer came to me and I was able to put it into practice right away. Just having the safe space to quiet my mind and reflect was everything.

THAT FEELING STAYED WITH ME FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTHS TO COME.

Rachel has a gift without a doubt! I was fortunate to do a long distance reiki session with her and then a breath session a few weeks later. Her ability to calm my heart and lessen my anxiety was incredible! That feeling stayed with me for the following months to come. Her breath work aided in my quest to be able to calm myself on demand. I highly recommend her sessions and can’t wait to book another.
